Emails with photos sent after motion is detected

When Arlo security cameras are set off by motion I get an email with a photograph depicting the motion detected and telling me that I have a video to watch about it… I understand that the videos are only saved for a week… But why Do the emails with the photos disappear out of my email… What I need to say is that the email stays there but the photograph disappears why

Not 100% sure, but I believe if the actual video is deleted, the pic in the email also is gone.... Is it happening right away or after the 7 days?

The link to the video only lasts for 24 hours. I'm guessing you're referring to older emails, >24 hours old. The videos will still be present in the library for the time allowed by your plan.
