    <description>&lt;P&gt;Is the camera still under warranty? If so, get it changed out for a new one. Live support only works certain hours. Definitely don't pay money for support. You may have gone to a fake support website?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The Arlo Pro and Arlo Pro 2 cameras do not have the IR filter so do not get the red image issue.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Your other workaround that might work is to turn the camera upside down and then rotate the image 180 degrees in the settings&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;having a problem with 1 of my cameras showing everything in red. tried removing batteries, changing its location etc want to purchase more arlos for my properties, but discouraged right now.also doesnt seem right no one live to speak with at arlo, no phone numbers any help would be great.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Only people from overseas who want to charge me money to fix it&lt;/P&gt;
