&lt;P&gt;Model: Arlo Camera&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Model Version: H7&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Firmware: 1.3314&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Location: Under eve of garage.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This is the second camera that has shown red tint on the picture. Just changed batteries and it turned red. I sync the camera and no change. The first one was replaced by Arlo. What do I do?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Pull battery to reset camera then replace... and test.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This happens when the IR filter sticks in place. Some have tried magnets on side ( haven't tested ) or GENTLY tapping the camera when closing battery door.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If still red, then it's a warranty issue&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you for your reply. I have tried this many times with no success. I have also tried the tap method as some suggested. No go, still red. Blue light fashes fast but does not show the slow flashes that it excepted camera.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Any more suggestions.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
