I am back to this forum again with 2 Arlo wireless cameras that will not update firmware. I have gone through the normal advised process. Turn off base station and turn back on, restart cameras, i have gigabit internet so please don’t say it’s speed. I have almost used up $50 worth of batteries trying to update so I can view live... I am sorry I ever purchased this system. Any constructive solutions. I am a cyber engineer and familiar with the technical aspects, so only helpful suggestions please.

Remove the cameras from Settings, My Devices, your cameras and resync them. If that doesn't work, the fastest thing to do is to reset the whole system by removing everything from Settings, My Devices and start fresh.
