My Camera Will Not Sync With Base When Batteries Are New

batteries are fine fairly new. I get a blue light when I put the batteries in but camera will not sync. I also just changed the batteries , just now , in the other camera and I had no problems syncing.

What now? I don't get free support.

What are the status LED lights displaying on the base station? What does the status LED on the camera display when you try and sync to the base station?

Got it. I had to replace the batteries again. When I test the batteries they are fine. But I put new ones in again and no problem. The first set of batteries lasted over a year. Now I have to replace them every two or three months. Why is that?

The original Arlo Wire Free batteries that come with your camera last about 4-6 months with normal usage, which is about five minutes of recordings a day.
