My Arlo base straits up, connects to the internet with full green then shuts down and restarts again over and aver.

I tried that before posting. The result is the same. The base shuts down to yellow lite then returns to green along with the internet going to full steady green. It waits about 30 seconds then shuts down and starts all over again.

Could be either the power supply or the base. In either case, you need to open a case with support here for faulty hardware.
