      <description>&lt;P&gt;I tried that before posting.&amp;nbsp; The result is the same.&amp;nbsp; The base shuts down to yellow lite then returns to green along with the internet going to full steady green.&amp;nbsp; It waits about 30 seconds then shuts down and starts all over again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Could be either the power supply or the base. In either case, you need to open a case with support here for faulty hardware.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
