Arlo VMB3000 - Base station offline after update firmware

My alro VMB3000 system didn't work for couple of weeks (always saying the base station is offline). Today, I reset the base station, and turn it on. It works fine with three green lights. I added three camers, and the system works fine till now.

Then the app on my android mobile asked to udpate the base station firmware, I clicked it. After the base station rebooted, the second light (internet) turns orange and my apps saysing it is offline.

Pls help.

Try turning off the router and base. Turn them back on, in that order.
