I go to watch my video and it says its loading but never does come on

I have a few questions that may help us better understand the issue you're experiencing. What device are you using to watch the video? Does it behave the same on every device? Does this happen for all videos or only some?

I'm trying to view on my computer it doen't show the recording but on my phone I can watch my recordings..And its all my recordings that say loading and it never shows the recording..It use to and it just started doing it
