No longer have add mode option?

Not sure whats going on but I no longer have the option to create rules/modes, either disarm or arm now.

I've tried restarting the base and then deleted and readded the app with no luck.

Also all of my setting options are gone, like adding friends and controlling each camera

Same thing when using a browser? If not, reinstall the app.
