Arlo Base Station Is Offline After Firmware Update

I have been asked to update the base firmware however seems the update is not going through and the system is not working since then,. When I tried to get it online again it comes back to the point of asking to be updated. Please help.

WHat have you tried? I'd guess you've restarted the base but...

It may be fastest to reset the system and start fresh. Remove all devices from Settings, My Devices. Use the Add Device button (web) or + (app) to claim the base. Sync the cameras. Update firmware if prompted as you go.

Tried to update from the web
Tried to reset will do your suggestion and will let know

Just uninstalled and reinstalled everything...once up asked me to update....failed again!!!
