10 Second Videos and alerts not working on Iphone XS

I just purchased the new IPhone XS and I do not receive my alerts when there is motion by my cameras nor do the 10 second videos work. I receive the alerts on my IPad and can view the videos; however, it defeats the purpose of me having the system if I cannot receive the information on my phone.

Arlo security camera shifted from Canada to India . My.arlo.com is not operative how can I receive alerts and 10 minutes vedios on my mobile phone.

Have you tried to reinstall the app on your iPhone and try checking your motion detection/notification settings through the Arlo app?

Make sure you are logged in through here: My Arlo. And you can receive alerts and 10 minute videos on your Android phone or iPhone by downloading the Arlo app.
