Arlo HD and google assistant not working

Trying to connect my Arlo cameras to google assisstant. Linkage between Arlo and Google is fine, but can't view all my cameras. Arlo Pro cameras work. Arlo HD cameras just give a "Not responding" error message in the google home app.

Anybody seen this and worked a solution?

Hey @speedf1,

Didn't work. Unlinked Arlo from Google and relinked. Same result. Arlo pro can be viewed, none of my three Arlo hd devices can. Arlo app shows all cameras fine.

Are you able to also view the cameras through the Arlo app itself without using Google Assistant?

Make sure that you are also on the same WiFi network and check to make sure your Google Assistant has a stable internet connection. If you still have problems, I can escalate the issue you are having to our support team. I have sent you a PM if you need further help.
