&lt;P&gt;The amber light shows that the base is connected to your network, (router), it just does not have internet connection. You may have to contact your ISP unless you know how to make the changes to your modem/router. Ports 80, 443 and 123 must be open. Also be sure that your antivirus software, if any, is not blocking these ports or is blocking Arlo.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;my 2&amp;nbsp;arlo's&amp;nbsp;device but they cannot connect the internet, internet led light aways show orange, &lt;SPAN&gt;I tried resetting and other ways to disconnect the router rebooting are not solve. so I need to get your help.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
