Firmware update not downloading VMS3430

I cannot download the new firmware for my base station. My ARLO Wire-Free HD Security Cameras were working with the old firmware 1.11.9.0._26520 but will not download the new version 1.12.0.0_27065. Does anyone have the same problem? The cameras will not work without this new firmware.

The update should complete automatically overnight between 2:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m.
