Hello, I just came across this website https://netgears.support/ where it seems that they give you support. I don't think is legit. What do you think?

I would be suspicious of the site. Besides, Arlo is no longer part of Netgear since they went public and AFAIK Netgerar support no longer supports the Arlo system. Arlo has their own customer support.

It is NOT legit... all support is free for the first 3 months even on Basic / Free level

That is what I think.. A friend of mine gave them the Arlo Base Station Serial Number and his user name (not his password). Is the device compromised?

Prob not, tho I would make sure my password is a strong one ( change it to be safe )
