Hi there,

I been using this Arlo for nearly 2 years now. But i think after this latest firmware upgrade or something. This Arlo acts like a brick, goes offline randomly, Blinks, drops off every now and then. PLEASE FIX IT. I have tried all your fixes which you have given in the forum. PLEASE HELP

Can you provide more details about what you're experiencing? What is blinking and dropping offline (base station or camera)? What are the LED behaviors on your base station? Are you seeing any error messages in the app?

I am dealing with the exact same issues! Recording some motion, but minutes later not other motion (when I know for a fact there was motion that it should have picked up!). Also, I noticed today I will get a notification of motion, but then the notification will disapear and there will be no recording in my library! This is the worst monitoring system if it is not picking up all detection! So many holes! I have noticed this has recently started in line with the update.

Arlo, what do we do?
