Netgear base station won't power on

Hello.

My netgear base station won't turn on. I have checked to make sure the power button is on and it is. I have turned it off and on but that doesn't do anything.

I also went to a different outlet and plugged it in but the power light does not go on.

It seems like it is dead. What else can I do?

Could be a faulty power supply. Do you have another 12v power supply that you could test with? Or another device that uses 12v that you could test the Arlo power supply with?

I will buy a 12-volt power supply and see if that does it.

Make sure it has the right current capability and polarity (check the existing supply for details). ALso open a case with support here since that's the only way to get faulty hardware replaced under warranty.
