No live view on home page

I success fully added a 3rd camera which works fine, except when I log into the arlo site on iPhone and desktop says getting status but shows no previous live image, only green screen says press love button to see your new camera in action, works on 2 other cameras? Any suggestions welcome, have rebooted base station.

Problem solved by deleting and adding camera again.
