It shows "Loading" on library but never runs. Help?

When I go to my Library, it has all there, but if you click on them it comes up saying, "loading" but it never runs. I have tried several ones but none run. Any help?

if app try firefox on a computer

I would guess you were trying on IOS 12x which has been causing issues since released
