Can't Set Record Times

I go into the Mode setting and go to Edit Mode, then Edit Rule. When I go to the Edit Rule and try and change the length of record time, it sets, then when I save and go back and look it has reset to the default of 10 seconds. I keep trying to set to 25-30 seconds. My only option is to set for a "fixed" lenght of time. I have seen on other Youtube videos that there is an option to record while movement exists. I do not have that option. Thoughts and help please. Thanks.

The Arlo wire free does not have the option for recording until motion has stopped. The pro & pro 2 have this feature. Have you tried to set the record time for you camera on the Arlo Mobile app or the Web Portal?
