    <description>&lt;P&gt;This sounds like perhaps you're using the app to attempt setup but the device is on 3/4G rather than the same network as the base. Can you verify this? &amp;nbsp;All devices must be on the same network for initial setup. &amp;nbsp;After that, Internet access is all you need.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;BTW, this is the area for the Q camera, not the wireless ones.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a new router and my Arlo Netgear base station is not connecting to my internet. All i am getting is the green power light from the base station. I already reset the base station and am going into new startup for the base station with no luck as it's trying to find a connection. How can I do a new set up so I can put in the correct router info into my Net Gear Arlo account in the hopes everything will hook up like it did before. I alreadt double checked all of the wires.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
