I had the same problem with one camera when I installed my system. I found the solution somewhere on the forum: Simply use the app to remove the camera and then add it back to the base station. That fixed it for me.

i installed a fifth camera on my system. It works but....when I click on cameras in the app, the fifth camera doesn't show a picture like the others. It says "Press on the live button to see your new camera in action". is there a step I need to take to get this camera to behave like the others?

Do you get a picture when you live view? Does it survive logging out and back in? If not, there have been reports like this. Your best bet for the moment is to create a trouble ticket to help raise awareness for a fix. In the meantime, you can try using the power switch to restart the base, open and close the camera battery door and try a different method to access the camera, such as the app or browser and try a different browser.
