My base station will not connect to anything. I have reset it multiple times as well as hard reset it and rest my router and modem. It just stopped working one day. The only light that powers up is the power light. I have also friend multiple Ethernet cords ans well as different ports. Is there anyway to fix this. I’ve only had it for 1.5 years. Thank you.

It tends to sound like a hardware problem. What color is the power LED? It has to be green for anything else to work. That could be a bad base or a bad power supply.

If you mean the power LED is amber, that's a problem. Unplug the power supply. Let it sit for a minute or so. Plug it back in - still amber? That could be a bad supply or a bad base. Open a case with support here for faulty hardware.
