Thank you.
We have already removed his phone from geo fence so guessing it has stored it somewhere else. Everything has been rebooted and re installed and we deleted the app on my husband's phone.
I will try the factory reset.and let you know if that works.

My husband and I both have Samsung s7 phone's. We set up the app on both our phones with me as the admin. Everytime he goes anywhere even if it is work from home the arlo arms itself. We have deleted his permissions, re installed the app on both our phones and re booted the base station. This still did not work so we deleted the app entirely from his phone, deleted him from the permissions after re installing on my phone and rebooted again.
Even after all if this the arlo is still seeing his phone and arming when he leaves work, leaves home, in fact when he goes anywhere. Geofencing is turned off and the arlo is disarmed it still happens.
How can I make this stop ?

Are you using a specific mode or the schedule? Try using the Armed mode and test.

Sounds like you need to remove his phone from Geofence check the app on the admin's phone.

If nothing else works, you may have to delete all ( remove device ) and then the base too...do a base factory reset, then restart again as if new by first claiming the base

I have tried all modes and even when disarmed it rearms when he leaves work.
His phone no longer even has the app nor is an enabled device. Arlo seems to have stored his phone somewhere else. We have rebooted everything.
Going to try the suggestion of a factory reset and let.you know how it goes.
Thank you
