Hello,

I received the message to update the base station.

I tried 10 times even manually through the website.

it is not working.

I keep the same message that I should update.

basestation 1.10.0.9_23037

Please help.

Restart the base station and try again if it prompts you.

Thanks for the feedback.

I retried today by restarting and reinstalling the update.

The base remains stuck in version 1.10.0.8_22190.. I do not have any error message neither.

It is annoying as it prompt often in the mobile app.

What can I do?

What is your internet up and download speed as reported by speedtest.net?

Thanks a lot for the advice.

Arlo base station is on another wired network. I had an issue as it was slow.

The tricky point was slow but fast enough to get the pictures from cameras;

Problem solved !
