    <description>&lt;P&gt;My Arlo Wireless Camera will not upgrade. I have followed all suggestions from Support and Community. Can not participate in Live Chat because it goes to a dead screen with the bird. I need to return the camera. Does anyone know how to expedite my request to return the camera which is still under warranty?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
