Last night my câmeras starter To blink the red and blue light and I saw in the app that was having an firmware update. After that all the cameras started To work normally, except for one. I took of the bateries and puted again, sinked again To the base station but it did not worked. How should I procedure?

Did you remove the camera in Settings, My Devices before resyncing? If not, try that.

It sounds like the camera batteries may be low or depleted. Consider installing a fresh set and try again.
