My arlo camera detects motion sends me a notification when I go to play it’s set to record for 20 seconds it says 20 seconds but nothing plays just shows the picture of what set the motion off

I just got a new phone that’s when I noticed it not working on the app anymore I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled it still not working any tips to get this working ?

Exact same issue across all Arlo wireless cams but only on the new iPhone XS. I'm able to get playback from my Arlo Q without issue and I'm able to view live video without issue.

I'm able to access playback on both my ipad pro and my desktop login via safari.

The engineering team is aware and is currently investigating and working toward a resolution for this issue. I just got the new iPhone X’s
