      <description>&lt;P&gt;My arlo camera detects motion sends me a notification when I go to play it’s set to record for 20 seconds it says 20 seconds but nothing plays just shows the picture of what set the motion off&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Exact same issue across all Arlo wireless cams but only on the new iPhone XS. I'm able to get playback from my Arlo Q without issue and I'm able to view live video without issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I'm able to access playback on both my ipad pro and my desktop login via safari.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
