My arlo library is stuck on 30th September. Dozens of videos have been captured since midnight clicked over here in Australia, but I can't access them

It is app or web... have you try mulipe access to narrow down if one or the other?

It was the app, not the web. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and all is good now.
