Either the base isn't connected to the new router with an Ethernet cable or something is wrong with the router port, Ethernet cable or the base port (maybe the strike took out the base port?). Check the cable, replace it and use a different router port.

We had a lightning strike hit close by and it took out our internet. Just had the cable guy here and he replaced the internet box. Now I only have 2 lights on on the base and the camera say they are off line. The 2 lights are the 1st and 3rd I have changed out the Ethernet cable and still nothing...any ideas?? thanks
