&lt;P&gt;THIS SITE IS SO COMPLEX AND CONFUSING IT'S MAKING ME CRAZY . I WANT TO CONTACT SOMEONE FROM NETGEAR / ARLO ABOUT MY CAMERA'S RED SCREEN . I'VE CLICKED ON SUPPORT 30 TIMES AND I GET THE SAME GOBBLY USLESS CONFUSION .&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I JUST WANT TO TALK TO A TECH SO I CAN RESOLVE THIS PROBLEM , IT'S OBVIOUSLY A FAULT IN THE PRODUCT .&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Some sites use software that allow a PM directly from the thread. Others, like Lithium here, have you click on the username before presenting you withe a link for PM.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
