&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;And could you clarify on "okay via internet only"? Do you mean you can connect via data connection or Wifi?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Cannot access Arlo cameras via cell phone (iPhone)</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Cannot access Arlo cameras via cell phone. Okay via internet only. SSL Error just started on two different iPhones when out of internet range. Have re-installed iPhone APP with no success.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;There is already a screen shot on file from a previous issue. I can not take a screen shot until I leave the house. This problem only occurs on the Arlo mobile iPhone APP when I only have Cell service to use, If I am in range of Internet (Web) access my Arlo APP works.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The error message only says, "An SSL error occurred and a secure connection to the server could not be made". That's it, that is all there is'&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Again the Arlo Mobile APP will not work with Cell service, I get the error message&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The Arlo mobile APP works fine on Internet (Web) service, so does my computers&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hmm, who is your carrier service provider? And do you have any applications running in the background to block the connection going on for the Arlo app?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
