Arlo Granted Acceess Camera Appearing Offline

Dear Community,

I have Arlo base station with four cameras, that function fine allowing me to connect to all via iPhone and/or Mac. I have granted access to my wife and three of the four function normally, one camera always shows offline via her iPhone or Mac.

I have tried re-pairing the camera to the base station with the same results.

Any suggestions?

When you added the camera, did you go into Settings, Grant Access and add that camera to her access?

Yes, I have also tried removing and then re-adding to the wife's access.

Have you tried different browsers to see if that camera appears? Are you able to add another account to see if the problem persists with both? this will help narrow it down.
