I don't think I've seen any pink image problems with the Arlo Pro. The Arlo wirefree HD had an issue with a sticking IR filter but that was completely removed for the Arlo Pro.</P> <P>Have you contacted support for troubleshooting? Are the batteries charged? Are the cameras showing LEDs?
