Arlo VMB3000 base station cannot be discovered

Just purchased an Arlo 4 camera system and having a setup roblem. I followed the directions for setup, got two green lights on the base station, but my iPhone, Samsung phone and laptop could not discover the base station. I have reset the base station, my router, my phones and laptop all with the same results. I can see the WiFi channel on my phone.

What are the two green lights? Are your phones/laptop on the same network as the base station? Where did you buy the base station?

The green lights are power and internet. The internet light flashes occasionally. The WiFi network is the same. Arlo purchased from Micro Center

Try resetting the base by pressing the reset button until the LEDs flash amber and let it reboot.

The reset worked. I tried to reset before but did not wait long enough. This time i held the reset until the LEDs changed to amber. This took several seconds.
