Videos missing more and more

I have had this issue for about a month. It was just a little now and then. Now it is getting more and more. I will get a notification of movement or that my Camera has detected a person. At times even in the preview shot in the app it will show at triggered the notification. When I go to check the video the video is missing from the Libary. It is missing from my phone and when I check via my laptop. I will give it a day to show up and it will not. But the other 3-4 videos I got notifications for are all there. I notice this issue more when it is a person detected.

Why are the vidoes not being saved so I can see them? What is the point of having a security sytem and paying the $10 a month for storage when your sytem is not storing them?

You not alone, just had it happen to me....

Got alert on Android S7, saw quick screen shot, went to library and found no videos.

BUT, when checking computer ( https://arlo.netgear.com/ ), the video was there. ( still not on the phone )

Check your computer again if able, I will pass this along to higher ups

I just checked on a computer the video is sitll missing from the libary.
