!!!!Geofencing Issues!!!!!!! Not Disarming When I Am Home

Geofencing doesnt always turn on when i leave and oftentimes doesnt disarm when im home. Im only one with geofencing set up on smart phone. Have maintained all updates to app as they come. Am ready to return all 5 cams and unit to sams for refund.
More importantly!! I cant seem to chat, call or emsil support without a huge hassle, or throwing money at them.

Try and increase the geo area your using and confirm the GPS in the phone isn't going to sleep or energy save mode

In about the last week I am starting to have the same issue. It is not disarming when I get home. It is some times taking 30-45min before it updates that I am home.

Thats great info. Thanks. However, my settings have been set to “always allow”. It also happens so erratically that it appears to be on arlos network end. Thank u kindly for your reply and suggestions.
