    <description>&lt;P&gt;New out of the box system.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;have plugged in base station to router (apple airport extreme), get green power light and green internet light, yet neither iphone with app nor laptop can find the system - &amp;nbsp;keeps ending up at the picture with "how to connect".&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;seems like lots of issues similar here - but nothing works&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It could be the router or a setting you've changed in the router. &amp;nbsp;Log into the router and verify the base has an IP address that's in the same subnet as your laptop and phone. &amp;nbsp;It's also possible that the base is bad although at first blush that doesn't seem likely. &amp;nbsp;You can try resetting the base using the reset button until the LEDs flash amber. &amp;nbsp;Let the base reboot and then try again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
