Arlo Wire-Free Camera Intermittent / laps periods motion detection

I am currently have laps of time periods of of 6-12 hour of non motion dections or recordings.
System works fine most of the time but fails on occations to detect motion or record not sure which one is the problem. Tech suppoet is stumped. Wifi is good. I can understand wifi d o wn for a few min; but it cant be down for that 6-12 hrs. somedays. And yes camera are positioned properly, senitivity to all was tested and programed at installation the issue is happening recently happened twice and clearly motion and humans were present. I live in a condominium comunity plenty of action day and night.

Our engineering team is aware and investigating about some users experiencing issues with the motion detection from the camera. We will provide an update when we know more regarding this.
