Hi,

How do you factory reset the cameras? I bought the newer base (with alarm) but didn't delete cameras from old base now I can't get them to pair with new base.

You simply remove the cameras from Settings, My Devices and sync them. Should be that simple. If not, tell us in detail what you see and have tried.

Hi There,

After fighting with adding the cameras for about 30 min I finally got them to add although one now has a red tint with the video feed - is there a trick to fix that?

Hi Kilroywuzhere,

Have you tried to open & close the battery door or remove and replace the battery?

That is indeed what I did. I left battery door open for about 20 min and then re-added them. One in particular (of four) gave me a bit of a hassle but now all are working
