I am just trying to get my Arlo base to connect to the internet which is connected with a cord from the router to the Arlo base. For some reason they say there is no connection and no internet. Also I cannot get the cameras to show on the screen. Keeps on saying it's searching and then now it says it is offline and go to Arlo support. LOL. Can I speak to a person please.? Anyways.
