Arlo Camera Not Detecting Motion Very Well

I'm having difficulty getting my camera to detect motion. It will detect motion of large objects like cars passing by, but it won't detect a person at my front door even though the person is much closer to the camera than the cars. I checked the sensitivity level and completed the motion test and still it will not detect a person unless you're withing 2 to 4 feet of the camera.

Are there any other settings to check or perhaps an update I can make to help fix the problem?

First follow the placement rules if possible;

Then remember that the sense level in the modes is adjustable , for me many of my setting are at about 90%.

Also ,the cams can pick up people to about 25 ft, so limit the caoverage to areas it will detect people and eliminate roadway traffic
