    <description>&lt;P&gt;Pull batteries and then replace ( watch for correct placement )&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;attempt update again, sometimes it will occur over night.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;++ do not pull batteries while update is occuring ++&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;just purchased a wireless system.....was easy to install but when I was asked to update the firmware one of the cameras did not update......after several attempts still no success.....message indicates 'upgrade failed--camera update timed out'...... need some help to figure this out please&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Pulling the batteries DID NOT help just like the last 3 times I tried it......so they were returned to the store........now I have an other set and the base doesn’t want to do a firmware upgrade........&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Or you have a local problem, such as slow Internet speeds. What are they as measured by speedtest.net? If slow, you can take the system to a friend's house that has faster speeds and update there.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
