    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am having a problem on my computers when I want to see the recordings in the library.&amp;nbsp; They don't play at all...they just say 'loading' but never load.&amp;nbsp; Chrome won't even open up Arlo program, so I have been using Internet explorer.&amp;nbsp; I could open up the library recordings fine but now I cannot.&amp;nbsp; I could open on my laptop also but now I cannot.&amp;nbsp; I have to download each recording and open into another program just to see the recordings!&amp;nbsp; This is not right.&amp;nbsp; I tried working on the computer, reinstalling Adobe Flash/ActiveX etc but nothing is working.&amp;nbsp; Please help.&amp;nbsp; I need to see the recordings again!&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Try it out on Fire Fox... MS did an update a short time age and Edge and IE have been causing issues&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Do you think they will change back to the way they had it before.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I am not a computer person.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I will try to figure out Fire Fox like the other person said.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
