      <description>&lt;P&gt;when the batteries are installed ( make sure they are in correctly ) does the led flash blue for a sec or so ?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If not and the camera seems dead, your only recourse is to contact Netgear Support&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;As Tommac mentioned, try a couple different batteries making sure they are all charged. You can also try and plug the AC power to the camera and see if you can get it to power or pair. Take any notes of the led's that might be triggered. If this does not help I have the direct support link below for you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
