    <description>&lt;P&gt;Will not upload firmware on base station. Tried everything on here, ..on/off,reboot,checked speed 1.7mbs...etc. .amazon replaced and I have the same problem. Camera works(but not live). Help desk almost speaks English, no help there.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;what am I doing wrong?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You mention a 1.7Mbps Internet connection but didn't indicate if that's the upload or download speed. If that's the download speed, it could be the issue. You could take the base to a different location (a friend's house) that has a faster connection and try again.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What are the LEDs on the base showing? Did you try a factory reset on the base?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;.57 download speed.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;3 solid green lights.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;nothing happens for 3-5 minutes, then a failed notice.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;reset many times..&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Am I supposed to take the whole setup somewhere else to try?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Your download speed is the issue - updates are timing out due to the inability to download in time. It would seem that your only choice would be to take the system to a friend's house who has more like 10Mbps download speeds so updates can occur. When complete, you can return home and things should be fine.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
