She has been granted access, all her setting for the Arlo app are on. When I leave the zone Arlo sends a notification it is now in away mode even if her phone is still home and logged in. when I go to modes my phone it shows her phone as "In Zone" in green and mine shows "Out Of Zone" in Red.
