It's not clear what issue you are describing. Are you not able to click the video link via the email alert when using Gmail?

Gmail alert shows from ARLO to me, date and time and says motion has been detected on one of your cameras and names the camera. Also security standard encryption is listed. There is no video. On Comcast there is just video and the time date and camera are marked.
