      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been unable to access Arlo for the past 24 hours. At first I received it was unavailable message but now I am getting The system is experiencing an unexpected issue. I have unplugged the unit and plugged it back in. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app on both my iphone and iPad Pro.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Im having the same issue, going on&amp;nbsp; about 30 hours now.&amp;nbsp; I contacted support after reading that the issue had been resolved when clearly it has not been.&amp;nbsp; All they did was take my information, they could not offer any information on how long the system would be down or why I was still unable to access the system.&amp;nbsp; Very frustrating.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
