VMB3000 Urgent: recover erased movies from Arlo server

Arlo is a good security camera system and was working whitout problems for the all year. But now i have an urgent question:

Can Arlo recover recorded camera movies from previous week that are already erased? Who i have to contact to discuss this? I am willing to pay for that service.

Or, if not, are there some logs where i can see date and time of last moving detection or movie recording?

Situation:

During vacation Base station was suddently off, meanwhile recorded camera movies from the week before where erased.

This because i don't have special Arlo account.

When i came back in the building the ethernet connection from Base station to router was disconnected. So i want to see on previous recorded movies who was last in the building.

In the past ( unsure if it still works ) several times a person has asked the same thing.... Each time if they upgrade to a higher level the past videos were accessable.

The next two levels are 30 days and then 60.... pick the one that you need and purchase a one month subscription ( about $10-15 )... hopefully this will still work and it's prob worth the small cost to take a chance.

TMK, after the 60 days... they are fully gone and nothing can be done.

Ok, i have found out and it works, but only one day recovered?!

So it seams that the base station was already off for a week and half.

Weird that i doesn't got a notification/mail that the base station was off?
